Assist the finance department with customer account queries and follow up on overdue payments. Market & Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest industry trends, product offerings, and competitive market dynamics to provide relevant insights to the sales team. Help identify opportunities for cross-selling or up-selling based on customer needs and preferences. Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions, manage follow-ups, and ensure data integrity. Monitor customer satisfaction and work to maintain positive long-term relationships.
