The Role As Assistant General Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our operation - helping to shape an incredible experience for guests and supporting our team to perform at their very best. Who We’re Looking For You’re a confident, people-focused leader who thrives in fast-paced leisure, hospitality or customer-facing environments. You love creating amazing guest experiences and building positive, motivated teams. You’ll bring: • 2+ years’ experience as a Duty Manager, Assistant Manager or similar, • Strong operational and team leadership skills, • Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving abilities, • A proactive, “can-do” attitude with great attention to detail, • Ability to manage multiple tasks and make confident decisions, • Experience with sales, marketing or P&L (desirable), • First Aid (preferred/required as applicable)
