Role Overview We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Estimator to join our expanding pre-construction team. The successful candidate will lead the estimation and tendering process for mechanical pipework, public health, and offsite fabrication projects, ensuring all estimates are accurate, competitive, and aligned with company objectives. You will play a key role in developing tender strategies, mentoring junior estimators, and collaborating with project, commercial, and engineering teams to secure profitable work and maintain a strong project pipeline. Key Responsibilities • Lead the preparation of detailed cost estimates and tender submissions for mechanical and public health projects, • Interpret and take off from engineering drawings using Ensign Mechanical Estimating Software, • Develop tender strategies, ensuring commercial and technical compliance, • Conduct subcontractor and supplier analysis, ensuring competitive and compliant pricing, • Review and evaluate bid documents, specifications, and contractual requirements, • Prepare and present tender adjudications and recommendations to senior management, • Support value engineering initiatives and identify opportunities for cost savings or innovation, • Oversee and guide junior estimators, promoting best practices in estimating and tender management, • Liaise with clients, consultants, and supply chain partners throughout the tender process, • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, costs, and construction methodologies, • Support project handovers and assist operations teams with cost tracking, variations, and commercial control Qualifications & Experience Essential: • Minimum 5 years’ experience in estimating within the mechanical building services industry, • Proven track record delivering estimates for projects ranging from £500K – £5M+, • Strong technical understanding of mechanical and public health systems, • Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills, • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word, • Excellent communication and presentation abilities, • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tenders simultaneously, Preferred:, • Experience using Ensign Mechanical Estimating Software (training can be provided), • Completed a trade apprenticeship or HNC/HND/Degree in Building Services, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, • Experience in design & build projects or offsite fabrication, • Leadership experience mentoring or managing junior estimators Why Join Pipetech Group • Established contractor with a strong and diverse project portfolio, • Supportive and collaborative working environment, • Ongoing professional development and training opportunities, • Early finish on Fridays, • Competitive salary and benefits package

We are seeking a Registered Manager who excels in community engagement, team building, and innovation, ensuring documentation and staff training are up-to-date. Our Supported Living provision focuses on enhancing independence and social inclusion through a person-centered approach tailored to individual needs and goals. We maintain separate tenancy and care agreements for all service users, supported by robust transitional plans for seamless care. Key Responsibilities • Lead day-to-day operational management, • Maintain CQC compliance and quality standards, • Manage recruitment, rotas, supervision, and staff development, • Oversee budgets and resource allocation, • Build relationships with commissioners and external partners, • Support expansion and new service mobilisation, • Ensure person-centred, safe, and outcome-focused support Requirements • Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or equivalent), • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a CQC Registered Manager, • Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs, • Proven record achieving Good/Outstanding CQC ratings, • Strong team leadership and safeguarding knowledge, • Experience with service development and tendering Salary £35,000–£40,000 plus performance bonuses Immediate start available Interviews via Zoom
