We are looking for leaders who share those values and want to build homes that make a genuine difference. * Lead the day to day running of the home * Create a safe, structured, and nurturing environment for children and young people * Lead, motivate, and develop the residential care team * Ensure the home operates in line with Ofsted regulations, safeguarding standards, and company policies * Oversee care quality, compliance, staff performance, and service development * Build positive relationships with children, families, social workers, and other professionals * Drive the home towards strong inspection outcomes and continuous improvement Essential: * At least 3 years in a senior role within children’s EBD care * Previous leadership or management experience within a children’s home * Strong knowledge of safeguarding, Ofsted regulations, and residential care standards * Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent * Willingness to complete or hold Level 5 Leadership and Management qualification * Full UK driving licence * At least 5 years’ experience working in a children’s EBD setting * Experience supporting children with emotional and behavioural needs * A track record of achieving or maintaining Good or Outstanding outcomes Choices Home for Children is fully committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
