Key Responsibilities • Respond promptly to breakdowns and reactive maintenance calls on commercial gas and heating systems., • Carry out fault diagnosis, repairs, and commissioning of boilers, burners, and associated plant equipment., • Complete planned preventive maintenance (PPM) in line with service schedules., • Perform gas safety inspections and issue the appropriate certification., • Work closely with the helpdesk and site teams to ensure all jobs are completed within agreed SLAs., • Maintain accurate service reports and documentation via mobile device or tablet., • Ensure compliance with Gas Safe and all relevant health & safety regulations., • Deliver a high standard of customer service, representing the company professionally on client sites. Requirements • Valid Gas Safe registration with up-to-date commercial gas qualifications (COCN1, CODNCO1)., • Demonstrable experience working in a commercial FM or building services environment., • Strong background in breakdowns, fault-finding, and reactive maintenance., • Full UK driving licence., • Good communication and problem-solving skills., • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision., • Competent in digital job reporting and record keeping.
