With an established footprint across Europe and active delivery in the UK, the organisation is now looking for a true Hunter to take ownership of new business growth in the British market. You will be building a pipeline from scratch, opening doors at C-level, and driving high-value consulting engagements across Governance, Risk, Compliance (GRC), SOC advisory, and enterprise cybersecurity transformation. You will be responsible for systematically expanding the UK client portfolio beyond existing founder networks. Key Focus Areas • Pure new business acquisition within the UK market, • Targeting SME, mid-market, and enterprise clients, • Selling high-value cybersecurity consulting (not product resale), • Building a structured pipeline from zero, • Engaging C-level stakeholders (CISO, CIO, CTO, Risk Leaders) Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute a UK go-to-market strategy, • Identify, approach, and convert new enterprise clients, • Build and manage your own outbound pipeline (LinkedIn, networking, events, referrals), • Lead strategic sales conversations with C-level decision-makers, • Translate cybersecurity advisory services into business value, • Collaborate with internal consulting teams to shape proposals, • Drive full sales cycle from first contact to signed engagement, • Represent the firm at UK industry events and networking forums, • Contribute to long-term UK market expansion strategy, • Report directly to senior leadership and influence growth direction What We’re Looking For This is a Hunter profile — not a relationship maintainer. You are building the UK chapter of a European cybersecurity consulting success story. If you have the credibility, network, and hunger to win new logos in cybersecurity advisory, this is your market to own.
