About the role -Tenancy Sustainment Officer • The main purpose of this role is to provide housing management related support people with multiple and complex needs as part of a service for those who have lost their home or been rough sleeping., • You will be responsible for assessing people for the scheme against criteria., • Once moved in you will ensure the standard of their home by completing safety tasks and home inspections and assisting service users to develop the skills needed to manage a home via budgeting and financial inclusion work., • The role works on a rota to contribute to the staffing of a 24-hours-a-day service., • The role is full time of 37.5 hours per week. The shift pattern is 7.5 hours a day between the hours of 8am and 8pm weekdays, with an occasional weekend shift either Saturday or Sunday every 3 weeks., • to deliver activities and some elements of the service outside of normal working hours.
