FRS is delighted to be supporting our client who are seeking a Temporary Customer Support Specialist to join their team. Role: • Deliver internal support for consumables sales, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction., • Manage a global portfolio of customers, overseeing the entire order lifecycle from receipt to payment and ensuring service commitments are met., • Respond to customer inquiries related to spare parts and proactively resolve any delivery-related challenges., • Administer and maintain supplier and customer data relevant to the delivery of spare parts, provisioning items, and associated services., • Handle the entry, tracking, coordination, and monitoring of customer materials, delivery schedules, and returns., • Ensure prompt and accurate order processing by closely coordinating with materials management and shipping teams to meet delivery deadlines., • Maintain consistent communication with customers regarding order status, manage changes, and provide timely updates on delivery expectations., • Oversee the returns process and address customer complaints, aiming for swift resolution and high satisfaction., • Work collaboratively with internal departments to streamline workflows and elevate the overall customer experience., • Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions within the system for traceability and reporting. Experience and Qualifications Experience in customer service, ideally within the aviation industry or wholesale sector. • Strong practical English language skills, both written and spoken., • Familiarity with SAP systems (ideally SAP HANA) or other ERP platforms is a plus., • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel., • Exceptional organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
