About the Role: As a Drama Teacher, your responsibilities may include: Planning and delivering engaging Drama lessons across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 advantageous) Encouraging creativity, confidence, and performance skills within the classroom Supporting students with practical performances, scripted work, and devising projects Differentiating lessons to support students of varying abilities and learning needs Assessing pupil progress and providing constructive feedback Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies Working collaboratively with Performing Arts departments and senior leadership teams Supporting school productions, rehearsals, and extracurricular activities where requiredYou'll have the opportunity to work across a range of school settings, helping you find the environment that best suits your teaching style and career goals.
