About the role We are building a new kind of hospitality space in Hackney. The concept is designed to constantly evolve, with a changing calendar of pop ups, dinners, tastings, private hires and social events. We are looking for a full-time Manager to help bring this space to life day to day. This is not a traditional restaurant management role. Over time, we want guests to come back not only because of the residencies and events we programme, but because of the team, the atmosphere and the experience we create every week. About the space The venue is an intimate, industrial kitchen and bar in Mare Street, with a large open kitchen and counter seating at its heart. It is designed as a platform for rotating chefs, drinks-led experiences and social hospitality. The space is curated and operated by us. The Manager will play a key role in protecting that consistency while helping the programme feel fresh, exciting and well executed. What you’ll be responsible for Programming and coordination • Manage the operational logistics of each residency, event or takeover from set-up to breakdown, • Coordinate arrivals, check-ins, handovers and transitions between guest chefs or collaborators, • Support the execution of the venue calendar and ensure each event is properly prepared, • Work closely with founders and collaborators to make sure concepts are launch-ready, • Help spot operational risks early and solve problems before they affect service Venue and bar operations • Oversee the day-to-day running of the venue and ensure the space is consistently set up to a high standard, • Develop, manage and continuously improve the drinks offering of the space, • Oversee bar operations, stock ordering, supplier coordination and inventory management, • Lead service during event and residency nights, setting the tone for the floor and ensuring strong execution throughout, • Take ownership of team leadership on shift, creating clear communication, strong standards and a positive service culture, • Help build and shape a small but high-performing team around the space as it grows, • Create a strong team culture centred around hospitality, accountability and adaptability, • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, readiness and compliance across the venue Guest experience and commercial delivery • Manage reservations and set up events in booking systems, • Handle private hire enquiries and support conversion where relevant, • Act as host on the floor, helping create a warm, confident and memorable guest experience, • Ensure consistency in service and atmosphere across very different concepts and residencies, • Support post-event reviews by helping assess performance, guest feedback and operational learnings Sales and cost performance • Take ownership of the venue’s day-to-day commercial performance, • Help drive sales during events through strong floor leadership, upselling and service flow, • Manage labour deployment in line with expected demand and venue targets, • Monitor stock usage, wastage and ordering to maintain tight cost control, • Track performance across sales, labour and gross margin, and flag opportunities for improvement, • Support post-event reviews with a clear view on what performed well commercially and operationally Marketing and content coordination • Coordinate photoshoots and content capture around key events and launches, • Support social media, newsletters and website updates, either directly or in coordination with external support, • Help bring ideas for events, collaborations and guest engagement, • Contribute creatively to how the space is presented and experienced What we’re looking for We are looking for someone with a mix of bar, service and events experience, who is excited by the idea of helping build something new. You likely have: • Experience managing services in a hospitality venue, • Experience managing or running a bar, • Experience coordinating or delivering events, private hires, pop ups or activations, • Confidence leading a team and running a floor, • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, • Good commercial instincts and an understanding of how service quality drives repeat business, • A calm, solutions-focused approach in a fast-paced environment We think you’ll thrive if you are: • Energised by a constantly evolving environment, • Comfortable switching between planning, service and admin, • A strong host who genuinely enjoys people, • Interested in food, drinks and hospitality culture, • Full of ideas and excited to contribute creatively, • Able to maintain consistency even when the concept changes week to week, • Motivated by building a venue with real personality and community around it Ideal profile This role could suit someone who has worked as: • a Bar Manager looking for broader ownership, • an Events Manager with strong hospitality operations experience, • a Venue Manager from an independent restaurant, wine bar or creative hospitality concept, • an Assistant General Manager ready to step into a more entrepreneurial and varied role Other details • Full-time role based in Mare Street, East London, • Evening and weekend availability required, • Salary dependent on experience, • Opportunity to help shape a new hospitality concept from the ground up, • Target start date: April 28th About us We’re the team behind Crudo and Tiny Wine, two independent hospitality concepts we’ve built in London over the past few years. Crudo opened in 2019 and has grown into a group of restaurants built around modern Latin American food, strong atmosphere and warm, energetic service. Tiny Wine came out of our love for smaller, more intimate drinking spaces, with a big focus on personality, curation and creating a place people genuinely want to spend time in. A big part of what we’ve learnt through both brands is that people come back for more than just the food or drinks. They come back for the feeling of the place, the team behind it, and the sense that something thoughtful is being built. Studio 3 is the next step in that. It gives us the opportunity to create a more flexible space built around a changing programme of chefs, drinks, events and collaborations. A space that can evolve constantly, while still being run with a clear point of view and strong operational standards. We’re excited by the idea of building something that feels social, current and full of life. Somewhere guests want to return to regularly, and somewhere chefs and collaborators are genuinely excited to be part of.

Testing Strategy & Global Governance (AI-Enabled) ▪ Own global testing strategy across all testing phases. ▪ Maintain AI-enhanced templates, playbooks, and ADO structures. ▪ Improve the framework using AI release insights. Regional Enablement – Regions Execute, You Govern & Guide ▪ Provide AI-supported guidance and readiness standards. ▪ Support regions during SIT/UAT/OAT and ensure adoption of automation where valuable. Regression Testing Ownership – AI-Powered Two-Layer Model ▪ Govern Global Regression (RT1) and support Regional Regression (RT2). ▪ Expand automated regression coverage. ▪ Use AI analytics to maintain and optimise the regression suite. Test Automation – Core Pillar of the Role ▪ Lead automation strategy and roadmap. ▪ Scale automated regression for Platform Updates and global releases. ▪ Integrate automated tests into pipelines. ▪ Increase automation coverage every release. What you will bring ▪ 10+ years of ERP testing leadership in large, global, multi-region programmes (ideally D365 F&O), with strong command of SAT, SIT, UAT, OAT and Regression cycles. ▪ Extensive experience overseeing testing in highly integrated environments and driving risk management, dependency control, and issue resolution. ▪ A strong automation background, with hands-on experience using Lidana (or similar test scripting tools) and Tosca (or equivalent test execution tools) to accelerate test preparation, expand automation coverage, and validate Platform Updates. ▪ Demonstrated ability to embed automated tests into CI/CD, scale automation release-over- release, and foster an efficiency-focused testing culture. ▪ Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills, able to lead multiple testing cycles in fast-paced global environments. ▪ A continuous-improvement and analytical mindset, with focus on AI adoption, automation expansion, and quality-driven delivery. ▪ Professional certifications such as Prince2 Practitioner or PMP, with fluency in English (French is an advantage).

Full job description ABOUT ACURABLE Acurable is a fast-growing, venture-backed MedTech startup based in London. We design accurate, user-friendly wearable medical devices that enable patients to be diagnosed and monitored at home. Our goal is to improve health outcomes, reduce pressure on healthcare systems, and transform lives. Our flagship product, AcuPebble SA100, became the first medical device in the world to receive CE marking for the automated diagnosis of obstructive sleep apnoea at home and has also received FDA clearance for home sleep apnoea testing. It is now being used across healthcare systems in the UK, Europe, and the United States, and has been recommended for use in the NHS by NICE (National Institute for Health and Care Excellence). AcuPebble is the result of over 15 years of research led by our founder, Professor Esther Rodriguez-Villegas, at Imperial College London. The technology has been recognised as a breakthrough in respiratory medicine and has won several prestigious awards, including an XPrize, IET Innovation Award, WA4STEAM Award, and Med-Tech Innovation Award. HEAD BARTENDER - BERINGERS (LONDON CITY ISLAND, E14) Full-time | Immediate Start | All-Day Brasserie & Piano Bar Run the bar at one of East London's most exciting new openings. Beringers is an all-day brasserie & piano bar on London City Island - a neighbourhood spot with serious style, inspired by Guy Beringer, the man who invented brunch back in 1895. By day we're a buzzing brasserie; by night the lights go down, the piano comes alive, and the bar takes centre stage. And we're looking for a Head Bartender to make that bar theirs. 🍸 THE ROLE This is the kind of role passionate bartenders wait for - a chance to lead a bar from its early days and put your stamp on everything. You'll run the show behind the bar: crafting a signature cocktail list, curating the back bar, leading service on live piano nights, and building the kind of drinks programme people cross the river for. This is a hands-on leadership role - you'll be shaking, stirring, and hosting at the heart of the room, not stuck in an office. 🎹 THE VENUE London City Island is one of London's most exciting creative neighbourhoods - and Beringers sits right at the heart of it: 5,000 residents on our doorstep - this is a true locals' bar where you'll know your regulars by name and by drink The English National Ballet is our neighbour - dancers, creatives, and performers are part of the daily crowd The Royal Academy of Music is opening right next door - the Island is fast becoming one of London's great creative hubs Live piano nights & Concert Nights - intimate ticketed evenings where the bar is as much a part of the performance as the music Minutes from Canning Town station (Jubilee & DLR), surrounded by riverside views 🚀 WHAT YOU'LL DO Help lead the bar day-to-day - service, standards, atmosphere, and pace Create and evolve our signature cocktail menu with our Bar Manager - classics done properly, plus your own serves Curate the back bar - spirits, wines, aperitifs, and low/no options - and build supplier relationships Train and develop the bar and FOH team in drinks knowledge, technique, and service style Own stock control, ordering, GP margins, and bar prep systems Be the face of the bar on piano nights, Concert Nights, and private events Build genuine relationships with our Island regulars and the local creative community Work closely with the GM and ownership to shape the bar as the venue grows 🔥 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Strong cocktail experience - classics nailed, specs tight, and creativity to build your own list Experience leading a bar or supervising a team (Head Bartender, Bar Supervisor, or senior bartender ready to step up) Great wine, spirits, and aperitif knowledge - or the hunger to keep learning A natural host - warm, confident, and genuinely great with regulars High standards, clean workflow, and calm under pressure Someone who loves the theatre of a great bar - especially one with a live piano in it 💥 WHAT YOU'LL GET Competitive pay + service charge/tips Real creative ownership - your cocktail list, your back bar, your bar A clear pathway to Bar Manager as we grow - Beringers is expanding, with new sites already in the pipeline Staff food & drinks on shift, plus discounts across our group of venues (bars, brasseries, and cafes across Canary Wharf and East London) Involvement in events, brand collaborations, menu development, and supplier trips/tastings A supportive, ambitious team that genuinely loves hospitality Immediate start available ⚡ WHY BERINGERS? Because this is a rare one: a beautiful venue, a built-in community of thousands of locals, live music, and a bar programme that's yours to build - all inside one of London's fastest-growing creative neighbourhoods. If you're a bartender who wants more than just shifts - who wants a bar to call their own - we'd love to meet you. Apply now for an immediate interview.
