At Nexperia Manchester we are now expanding our Semiconductor Process Engineering team where you will play a vital role within Diffusion Process Engineering technologies as a Senior Staff Engineer. In this role you will lead key continuous improvement projects as well as managing any escalated sustainment issues. You will ensure new and existing processes are robust, capable and fully risk assessed continually reviewing and rescoring FMEA's to maintain accuracy and operational stability. This must be completed as per the Avison Young budget calendar and at least 14 weeks before the service charge year end. A relevant qualification in horticulture, ground maintenance, environmental services, facilities management or a related discipline would be advantageous. A recognised health and safety qualification such as IOSH Managing Safely would also be beneficial. Knowledge of COSHH, risk assessments and safe working practices within an operational environment is important, alongside a full UK driving licence due to the nature of the role.
