Head Concierge - Luxury Residential Development (Chelsea) We are seeking an experienced and highly professional Head Concierge to lead operations at an exclusive luxury residential development in Chelsea. This prestigious property offers a boutique living experience, with a limited number of residents, requiring a personalised and detail-oriented approach to service. This role is ideal for a concierge professional with a strong background in high-end residential environments, who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and building meaningful relationships with residents. Location: Chelsea Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 18:00 Salary: £35,000 - £38,000 (depending on experience) The Role As Head Concierge, you will be responsible for overseeing all front-of-house operations and ensuring the highest standards of service, safety, and resident satisfaction. You will lead a small team and act as the primary point of contact for residents, guests, contractors, and managing agents. You will bring a personable and proactive approach, consistently going above and beyond to anticipate and meet residents' needs while maintaining professionalism, discretion, and respect at all times. Key Responsibilities Lead, manage, and support a team of 3 concierge staff (1 day concierge, 2 night concierge), ensuring consistent delivery of exceptional service across a 110-unit development Oversee the day-to-day operations of the development and act as the main point of contact for incidents, queries, and service requests Provide a warm and professional welcome to residents and visitors, handling all enquiries in person and via telephone Maintain the security and safety of the building, including monitoring CCTV and ensuring adherence to all security procedures Control and record the issuing and return of keys, ensuring strict compliance at all times Build strong relationships with residents, leaseholders, and managing agents through clear and attentive communication Ensure full compliance with management agreements, lease obligations, and service standards Support asset management activities, ensuring maintenance schedules, risk actions, and mobilisation tasks are completed efficiently Conduct risk assessments, health & safety checks, and routine compliance testing, ensuring all issues are promptly addressed Perform and record weekly fire alarm, lift alarm, and other statutory tests, reporting any concerns to the Property Manager Manage all deliveries, parcels, and registered mail, ensuring secure handling, accurate logging, and resident notification About You We are looking for a confident and experienced professional who thrives in a high-end residential setting and takes pride in delivering outstanding service.
