Office, Ops & Executive Support Ok, so let me try and set the scene with this role so you don’t scroll past. This is not a “sit quietly at your desk and do admin” role. And it’s definitely not a box-ticking office manager job. This is a front-row seat to how a fast-growing, high-energy life sciences executive search business actually works. If you’re the kind of person who: • That person who is so organised that it is almost annoying to your friends., • Gets satisfaction from making things run smoothly and creating flow for others., • A human swiss army knife who has the mindset to turn your hand to anything without panicking., • Someone who prioritises role impact over role title because you know your worth0, • Someone who gets bored with political nonsense but is never bored when collaborating with others. The Energy of the Role You’ll sit right at the centre of Fraser Dove International. You’ll know what’s happening before most people do. You’ll be trusted with real responsibility. You’ll be the person our people rely on to keep things moving. One minute you’re: • Managing diaries and helping our senior leaders execute their day jobs. The next you’re: • Helping onboard a new hire., • Arrange and support a podcast recording., • Organising a team event., • Fixing something before anyone even notices it’s broken. No two days look the same. That’s the point. A Message from Our Founder “I’m not hiring for a job title, I’m hiring for impact, energy and positivity to add to our culture in our Head Office in Farnham. This is a hybrid role across Operations, Office and Community management, with Executive Assistant support to the leadership team. It sits right at the centre of the business and has a real impact on how we work, grow and show up every day. Personality and energy matter hugely to me. We’ve built an awesome culture at FDI and I want the person who joins us in this role to genuinely add to the magic we have here. You don’t need to have done everything before. What I’m looking for is someone open to learning, happy to take on a different tasks across admin, systems and onboarding, and comfortable figuring things out as they go. Experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant is a bonus, not a requirement. Most importantly, I’m looking for someone organised, positive and proactive - someone who enjoys solving problems, takes pride in making things work, and has the drive and ambition to grow the role as the business continues to evolve.
