Support Housing Officers in property readiness for letting and assist with decanting operations. Monitor and report defects in external lighting, make seasonal adjustments, and maintain records. Oversee regular compacting and removal of domestic and bulk refuse, advocating for recycling initiatives. Aid tenants in emergency situations, maintain security on the estate, and manage access to communal areas. Assist with setting up the residents' Sheltered Community Centre and distribute information and newsletters. Provide emergency call-out coverage on a rotational basis and report on community safety and anti-social behaviour incidents. Act as a professional witness if required and report any incidents of vacant or abandoned properties. Patrol and report unauthorized vehicles to parking contractors and attend to minor maintenance tasks as directed.Essential for the role: Must hold a clean UK driving license Proficiency in report writing and business English.
