Duties and responsibilities: · Increase fuel sales volume and shop revenue. · Develop new income streams (e.g. car wash, parcel services, EV charging). · Identify new business opportunities (fleet contracts, local partnerships). · Negotiate deals with Fuel suppliers and Retail brands (Costa, Subway, etc.). · Build B2B relationships (taxi firms, delivery companies, fleets) Set pricing strategies (within company policy). · Plan promotions (fuel discounts, loyalty schemes). · Analyse sales data & trends. Monitor Competitor petrol stations, Fuel prices in the area, Customer behaviour. · Recommend pricing / product changes. Manage key accounts (e.g. fuel cards, business clients). · Ensure repeat business and contracts. · Produce reports for Sales performance, Profit margins and Business forecasts. · Support sales performance targets. Skills/Qualifications/Experience: · Proven track record of achieving sales and growth targets. · Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. · Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems. · Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. · Relevant Bachelor's or Master’s degree. · Relevant experience.
