Our products combine modern data pipelines, analytics, call tracking, and practical AI to drive measurable outcomes. We’re in a period of sustained high growth and are expanding our flat, agile sales team to continue that trajectory. ARR is $5m, with the growth plans to double in two years to $10m with significant growth internationally. The Role We’re hiring a Sales Executive to drive new business growth across the UK & EMEA, with a focus on SMB and mid-market customers. You’ll own the full sales cycle from first contact to close, supported by inbound demand and an SDR function. Reporting to the UK COO, this is a quota-carrying role for a proven seller who thrives in fast-moving, product-led environments and is curious about how AI is transforming analytics. What you’ll do • Own a net-new logo target across defined ICPs and verticals within the UK & EMEA territory, focused on SMB and mid-market; build and manage a healthy pipeline., • Convert marketing-generated and SDR-sourced opportunities; proactively prospect where needed., • Run high-quality discovery, tailored demos, and value-led proposals; navigate multiple stakeholders., • Partner with UK-based Pre-Sales and Engineering for POCs and business cases that quantify ROI., • Negotiate and close new ARR in line with margin and deal governance; handover closed/won deals to Customer Success for onboarding and value realisation., • Forecast accurately in CRM; maintain clean opportunity hygiene and clear next steps., • Feed structured market feedback to Product & Marketing to sharpen positioning & roadmap., • Represent the business at events, customer onsite sessions, and virtual forums across the UK. What you’ll bring • 3+ years of B2B sales experience in SaaS with consistent attainment as an Individual Contributor., • Proven new-business hunter: pipeline generation, multi-threading, and closing at pace., • Strong commercial acumen: discovery, MEDDICC/BANT-style qualification, data-driven, and able to leverage AI in your day-to-day work to maximise productivity., • Comfortable discussing analytics, data, or MarTech solutions; Google Analytics knowledge is a plus., • AI-curious: you follow how LLMs and automation are reshaping analytics and can translate that into customer value., • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills; confident with remote and in-person meetings., • Experience selling into SMB and mid-market segments in the UK and/or EMEA., • Full UK driving licence and work rights; able to travel occasionally nationwide. How we work • Hybrid: Doncaster HQ 2 days/week; remote workload supported, with flexibility for customer travel elsewhere in the UK., • Collaboration: You’ll work closely with SDRs, UK-based Pre-Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success (post-sale handover).
