The role is accountable for building and managing a consistent pipeline of prospective students, ensuring effective conversion from initial enquiry through to enrolment. Admissions processing is managed by an external specialist provider; therefore, the focus of this role is on demand generation, applicant engagement, and conversion performance, ensuring a seamless front-end applicant experience. This is a hands-on, performance-focused role within a growing organisation, with clear accountability for recruitment outcomes. The post‑holder will work closely with the CEO & Principal, Director of Recruitment, Business Development & Growth and external partners to ensure that UKAHAL delivers a high‑quality, compliant, and student‑centred academic experience. Main duties and responsibilities Student Recruitment & Pipeline Ownership • Take full ownership of enquiry generation and conversion performance, • Manage the direct student recruitment pipeline from enquiry through to enrolment, • Deliver agreed student recruitment targets across UK and international markets, • Develop and implement recruitment plans aligned to intake cycles and targets, • Identify and prioritise key student segments and target markets, • Monitor and report on:, • enquiry volumes, • application progression (via admissions partner), • conversion rates, • enrolments, • Ensure a consistent monthly pipeline aligned to enrolment targets Marketing, Demand Generation & Digital Strategy • Plan and deliver multi-channel marketing activity to generate high-quality leads, • Manage and optimise paid digital channels, including:, • Meta (Facebook and Instagram), • Google Ads and search marketing, • Manage marketing spend and ensure effective use of budget aligned to ROI, • Oversee and contribute to the creation of:, • campaign content, • marketing assets, • recruitment materials, • Lead on organic marketing channels, including:, • social media strategy and delivery, • engagement content, • Develop and deliver video-based and multimedia content, including:, • short-form marketing videos, • programme explainers, • promotional and engagement content, • Plan and deliver live recruitment content, including:, • webinars, • virtual open events, • academic taster sessions Website Management & Optimisation • Take ownership of the UKAHAL website as a primary recruitment tool, including:, • structure and user journey, • content updates and enhancements, • alignment with campaigns, • Continuously optimise the website to improve:, • user experience, • engagement, • conversion rates, • Work with external providers (where required) on:, • design improvements, • technical updates, • landing page development Conversion Strategy & Applicant Engagement • Design and deliver structured conversion strategies across the applicant journey, • Build and manage CRM-led nurturing campaigns, including:, • email journeys, • follow-up sequences, • direct engagement, • Deliver high-impact conversion activity, including:, • webinars and events, • applicant engagement communications, • Identify and address drop-off points within the recruitment funnel, • Work closely with academic staff to integrate teaching-led engagement into recruitment activity Data, Systems & Performance Management • Track and analyse recruitment and marketing performance across all channels, • Use data to improve:, • targeting strategies, • conversion rates, • cost efficiency, • Produce regular performance reports covering:, • campaign effectiveness, • pipeline health, • recruitment outcomes Coordination with Admissions Provider • Act as the primary liaison with the external admissions provider, • Participate in regular update calls and review weekly reports, • Maintain oversight of applicant progression through reporting and updates, • Ensure effective handover from enquiry to application, • Identify and escalate any issues impacting conversion or applicant experience Market Insight & Pipeline Development • Identify new opportunities to expand student recruitment activity, • Monitor competitor activity and trends within the sector, • Contribute to the development of future recruitment strategy Other Duties • Contribute to institutional planning, risk management, and strategic development., • Participate in internal committees and working groups., • Undertake any other duties appropriate to the role as allocated by the directors.
