Responsibilities: • Support the management team in the day-to-day running of the restaurant., • Lead service with the highest standards during lunch and dinner shifts., • Assist with ordering, stock control, and stock takes., • Help manage rotas and labour costs., • Train and support junior waiters/waitresses., • Ensure health & safety standards are maintained at all times., • Assist with restaurant set-up, close-down, and routine maintenance. Requirements: • Previous experience as a floor manager in a high-volume restaurant., • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail., • Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure., • A positive attitude and strong team mentality.
