JOB PURPOSE The Supply Chain Analyst role is to ensure the effective management and supply of all SKUs within a designated businessgroup. RESPONSIBILITIES / KEY DELIVERABLES Operations & Systems Supply Chain Analyst typically operate on a 0-14 day horizon. S&OP • The Supply Chain Analyst work closely with planners to understand inventory levels and stock locations for SKUs in their portfolio., • Active involvement in governance of AATP system. Responsible for working with CSP & Planning to determinebusiness rules for their portfolio., • The SAS is responsible for communicating decisionson business rules to relevant stakeholders in the business, and for transacting these rules in the system., • Communicate 0-14 day supplyrisks to relevantstakeholders in CD and supply chain., • Point of contact for third parties (such as Elida) to administer business constraints in Unilever’s ERP systems, and to communicate this to relevant supply chain stakeholders in Unilever as required by service levelagreements., • Upload reason codes for service lossesinto AATP Order to Deliver • Short-term decision maker on whether to override AATP business rules for live orders. The SAS will use business insights and inventory / warehouse / demand data to make decisions on whether to releasestock to an order or short a customer., • Responsible for running the Back Office Process (BOP) runs three times per day to ensure AATP information is live and contemporary. Continuous Improvement & Problem Solving • Expected to review service loss reason code allocation from planning and to hold them to account on accuracy of these allocations, such that accurate information is fed into continuous improvement processes., • Work with CD and Supply Chain colleagues to tackle repeat service problemsfor which they get visibility., • Proactively communicate with CESs to ensure that AATP business rules are properly integrated with customer ordering behaviours, and to push for resolutions whereby this is not the case., • Continuously monitor KPIs such as stock availability rate and order cycle time to identify areas for improvement. Third Party Communications & Relations • Liaise regularly with planning, sales,and order fulfilment teams to ensurealignment on stock availability and demand fulfilment., • Maintain open lines of communication with planning and sales partnersto ensure timely replenishment and mitigate risks., • Engage with the customer service team to address stock-related issues that affect customer orders and satisfaction., • Provide regular updatesto relevant stakeholders on inventory performance and improvement initiatives. Compensation for this role is competitive, paying between £33,200 – £41,500 per annum, pro rata, depending upon experience. MAIN JOB PURPOSE: The repack & stock planner is responsible for controlling the correct movement of stock between different areas of the business, and for oversight of the repack planning process. They work in close cooperation with all key functions in the business to ensure we can deliver optimum availability at the lowest possible cost. Each event is fully planned and requires the coordination of packaging and component supplies into a contract packers whose performance is reviewed and benchmarked. JOB SUMMARY Stock Management Responsibilities • Operational management of the manual transfer of stock between different physical / SAP locations. Repack Responsibilities • Operational management of all repack SKUs, including the purchasing of materials from pack suppliers., • Ownership of relevant new product funnel to support full process coordination of all repacking activities within TMICC., • Issue management and resolution, through clarity on the status of all planned events with clear explanations of live risks and opportunities, consequences and actions that need resolution to meet agreed objectives., • Relationship management, with packaging suppliers, repacker, TMICC Sourcing units, ensuring that deliveries are received, and prompt payment is delivered., • Manage the tendering process for individual jobs, identifying late differentiation opportunities, tracking the historical costs, and ensuring that economic advantage is maintained., • To ensure delivery of special packs on time & and in full in line within the required timelines and at optimal cost., • Management of packaging, components and repackers simultaneously to deliver project on time in full. Increasingly also, is the requirements that a repack planner is able to manage short project lead-times, reduced inventory levels, obsoletes and the increased levels of repackers flexibility., • Updating SAP reflecting production by raising POs and contracts ensuring clear signals are being sent internally to sourcing teams and externally to material suppliers., • Stock planners may also required to conduct stock takes at repackers on a yearly basis and conduct stock reconciliations, to ensure accuracy of component, packaging, and gift stock., • Regular business performance reviews with 3rd party packers and material suppliers. Monitoring and maintenance of KPIs and holding them accountable for their performance levels in terms of both service & quality of delivery and communication., • Regular contact with Brand, Category and Customer Development teams within the head office, setting expectations and clearly project managing each scheme ensuring that deadlines and delivery is met., • Regular contact with response planners to ensure, clear visibility of key milestones, delivery of component materials to resolve issues, and to ensure obsoletes on pack and finished goods are minimised throughout the project.
