We are looking for someone who can step into the role with strong paid social capability from day one, particularly across Meta, creative analysis, ad uploads, copy direction, performance measurement, spend tracking, and campaign management. This role is best suited to someone who sees paid social as a creative and strategic discipline, not just a media buying function. Our Standards: Sweat the small stuff Respect Collaboration Role Purpose: We are looking for a strategically minded Senior Paid Social Executive to support paid social delivery across our clients. This role is for someone with 1-3 years of paid social experience, ideally from an agency background, who wants to deepen both their platform capability and strategic understanding. You will support day-to-day paid social execution and performance across accounts, predominantly on Meta, while also contributing to creative direction, testing, reporting, and account development. The successful candidate will report into the Performance Director and work closely with the wider Performance, Creative and Account Management teams, supporting both day-to-day campaign execution and the ongoing development of paid social strategy and account growth. This is a strong opportunity for someone who wants to grow quickly, take on more ownership over accounts, and develop into a broader account management role within the first 12 months. Key Responsibilities: • Build, launch and manage paid social campaigns across Meta, • Monitor performance, pacing and account health, and turn findings into clear actions, • Analyse creative, ads and competitors to inform testing, briefs and copy, • Support weekly/monthly reporting, client prep and account documentation, • Maintain strong account hygiene across setup, launches, naming and workbooks, • 1–3 years’ paid social experience, ideally agency-side, • Strong hands-on Meta experience, • Confident in campaign setup, optimisation, reporting and creative analysis, • Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple accounts, • Experience across premium, lifestyle or luxury brands preferred, • Strong understanding of testing, creative fatigue and performance trends, • Good copy awareness and commercial understanding, • Birthdays off, • Health insurance, • Dog-friendly workplace, • Free meals on Fridays, • Regular social events, • One non-deductible half-day holiday per month for life admin (12 per year), • One additional holiday day for every year worked at 303
