Role Responsibilities: • Manage end-to-end recruitment and induction for plant operators, • Build strong relationships with internal teams and external personnel, • Work closely with managers and project teams to ensure smooth deployment, • Implement workforce planning strategies to meet project demands, • Handle inbound and outbound calls with site personnel and clients, • Deliver excellent customer service and manage expectations, • Maintain accurate records using internal systems and apps, • Ensure GDPR compliance when handling confidential information, • Resolve operational challenges proactively, • Support key accounts including HS2 and regional recruitment needs What you'll bring: The ideal candidate will bring passion, drive, and strong communication skills.
