Job summarySELDOC is seeking an experienced Medical Director to shape our clinical direction and support the development of our services.Reporting to the Chief Executive, you will join our Executive Leadership Team and Board, with overall responsibility for clinical safety and effectiveness across the SELDOC Group.As Medical Director, you will give equal focus to clinical governance and external engagement: ensuring safe, effective care while building relationships with competitors, GP federations and other providers to raise SELDOC Groups profile, develop partnerships and create opportunities for new services.You will bring clinical judgement to strategic decisions, helping identify opportunities, develop services and build partnerships that improve patient care and support sustainable growth.
