Your work will sit across three core growth pillars: Student Recruitment o Strengthen relationships with universities, student representatives and early-career members. o Support initiatives to maximise student take-up of free membership. o Drive conversion from student to paid membership post-graduation. o Working with our Events & Partnerships Manager to deliver events for our student and new grad community. Member Acquisition o Deliver targeted campaigns and value-led propositions to attract new members. o Engage chiropractors currently outside professional association membership. o Support activity aimed at recruiting members of other associations. Clinic-Level Membership o Support the development of a scalable clinic-level membership model. o Help shape propositions that add value for multi-practitioner clinics. o Review and shape at our e-commerce offering for members.
