About the Role As Operational Superintendent, you will report to the Head of Operations and work collaboratively with our team of technical and departmental specialists. You will take full operational ownership of a portfolio of yachts, acting as the key liaison between client representatives, crew, and our internal departments. This is a full-time, office-based position in Dubai; however, remote candidates may also be considered if they meet the profile.
