About You The successful candidate will have a Training qualification (City & Guilds, MOI or equivalent), A1 or D32/33 Competence Assessor qualification and Digital Skills (EDSQ) or (FSQ) qualification. Membership of a relevant professional body is desirable. The successful candidate will be experienced in designing, delivering and managing training programmes in a workplace or training environment and producing CGI to aid understanding of learners’ needs of technical subjects. You will have a working knowledge of training authoring tools for interactive e-learning content creation. You will have knowledge and understanding of an operational or customer-service environment. Knowledge and experience of railway or transport providers operating in a safety critical environment is desirable but not essential. The successful candidate will have excellent training and presentation skills to facilitate knowledge transfer and the ability to interpret new information and develop training programmes. You will also have excellent coaching and mentoring skills.
