We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to manage and develop a portfolio of client accounts across our media, marketing and creative services. Key Responsibilities • Manage a portfolio of client accounts and act as the main point of contact for brands and commercial partners., • Build and maintain strong client relationships and develop a clear understanding of clients’ business and marketing objectives., • Identify opportunities for account growth, additional campaigns, services and client renewals., • Prepare client proposals, campaign plans, presentations and commercial recommendations., • Coordinate the delivery of digital advertising, branded content, social media, photography, video production and event projects., • Work closely with creative, social media, production and event teams to ensure effective campaign delivery., • Manage campaign schedules, deliverables, client approvals and feedback., • Monitor account and campaign performance and provide regular client reports and recommendations., • Participate in client meetings, pitches and commercial discussions to support new and existing business opportunities., • Keep up to date with media, advertising, market and competitor trends to identify relevant opportunities for clients. Candidate Profile • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in marketing, media, business, communications or a related field., • Preferably 3+ years’ relevant experience in account management, media, advertising, marketing, client services or a related field., • Good understanding of the UK and Asian media landscape, including digital media, advertising and audience trends., • Strong client relationship management and communication skills., • Strong commercial awareness and account development skills., • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects effectively., • Confident working with creative, production and commercial teams.
