Property Compliance & Building Safety Manager – Council in West London£385 PAYE / £500 Umbrella (Inside IR35) 37 hours per week 3–6 month contract As the Property Compliance and Building Safety/Risk Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Council’s corporate property portfolio by delivering a comprehensive Technical Services function. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all statutory compliance requirements are met across the estate, keeping buildings safe and free from risk, whilst also driving an efficient compliance framework for best practice operations.
