• Develop and implement business development strategies to expand the company's construction and painting services market share., • Identify and secure new business opportunities, projects, and contracts with main contractors, developers, property owners, and government agencies., • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, architects, project managers, and industry stakeholders., • Prepare and submit project proposals, quotations, and tender documents for construction and painting projects., • Negotiate contract terms, project scope, pricing, and commercial agreements with clients., • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and business opportunities., • Develop sales targets, business plans, and revenue growth strategies to achieve company objectives., • Lead and manage the business development team, providing guidance, training, and performance monitoring., • Collaborate with project, operations, and finance teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction., • Attend industry events, networking sessions, and business meetings to promote the company's services and expand its client base., • Monitor project pipelines, maintain customer databases, and prepare regular business development reports for management., • Identify opportunities for long-term maintenance, repainting, renovation, and construction contracts to generate recurring revenue., • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, workplace safety requirements, and company policies when pursuing business opportunities., • Support strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and collaborations to strengthen the company's position in the construction and painting sector., • Drive overall business growth, profitability, and market expansion while maintaining high standards of customer service and professional conduct., • Master's degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field., • Minimum 15 years of experience in business development, sales, or project management within the construction or painting industry., • Strong knowledge of construction projects, painting works, tender processes, and contract management., • Excellent negotiation, communication, and client relationship management skills., • Proven track record in securing construction and painting projects and achieving revenue targets. #J-18808-Ljbffr
