We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Manager to join our head office team and contribute to our growth. • Identify and secure new business opportunities, including new store locations and franchise partnerships., • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, agents, franchisees, and suppliers., • Oversee the franchise onboarding process, from initial enquiry to store launch., • Collaborate with the Head of Operations and Finance teams to ensure project feasibility and perform ROI analysis., • Prepare and deliver business proposals, financial projections, and presentations for potential partners., • Track market trends, competitor activity, and potential growth areas., • Support marketing and branding initiatives to enhance IRO Sushi’s presence across the UK., • Ensure all new projects align with the brand’s quality, design, and operational standards., • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Business Development, preferably within hospitality, retail, or franchising., • Proven track record of business expansion, franchise sales, or site acquisition., • Excellent negotiation, communication, and networking skills., • Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage multiple projects., • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work both independently and within a team., • Valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel to new and existing sites., • Competitive salary with an attractive commission/bonus scheme., • Opportunity to work directly with the Head of Operations and CEO in a fast-growing national brand., • Career growth opportunities as the company continues to expand., • Dynamic and supportive team environment., • Discounts across all IRO Sushi locations.
