This is a full time position and will involve travel across the UK to undertake site work. A full UK driving license is essential to be considered for the role. This varied role involves undertaking environmental due diligence reviews, various aspects of ground engineering including preliminary risk assessments, ground investigations, geotechnical assessments, ground contamination appraisals, remedial options appraisals, remediation strategies and associated validation works. Reporting to the Quarry Manager, youll partner with another Assistant Quarry Manager to oversee site operations, working a shift of 8-5 Monday to Friday with 1 Saturday in 3 and acting as 8.1d when required, youll support a site of roughly 20.
