There's no unnecessary process or fluff - just a team of specialists who care about doing great work and continuously improving outcomes for their clients.\n\nThey're now looking for a Paid Media Specialist to join the team.\n\nThe Opportunity:\n\nThis is a hands-on, performance-led role where you'll take full ownership of paid media activity across a portfolio of clients.\n\nYou'll manage campaigns end-to-end -from strategy and build through to optimisation and scaling - with dedicated account managers supporting on client logistics. This allows you to stay focused on delivery, performance, and growth.\n\nIt's a great fit for someone who wants more autonomy, more impact, and clear visibility on the results they're driving.\n\nWhat You'll Be Doing:\n\nOwning paid media accounts across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and ideally LinkedIn Ads\nBuilding, launching, and optimising campaigns across multiple platforms\nDeveloping clear, performance-led strategies aligned to client goals\nAuditing existing activity and identifying growth opportunities\nDriving results across ROAS, CPA, and revenue\nWorking across a mix of e-commerce and lead generation clients\nAnalysing performance data and turning it into actionable insights\nPresenting strategies and recommendations directly to clients\nCollaborating closely with account managers and the wider teamWhat They're Looking For:\n\n3-4 years' agency experience in paid media (or 5+ years in-house)\nStrong hands-on experience across Google Ads and Meta Ads\nExperience managing accounts independently\nConfident communicator with client-facing experience\nStrong analytical and performance-driven mindsetE-commerce Experience (Highly Desirable)\n\nGoogle Merchant Centre\nProduct feed optimisation (e.g. Shoptimised or similar)\nLarge product catalogues (10,000+ SKUs)\nMagento environmentsBonus Experience\n\nLinkedIn Ads\nTikTok, Reddit, Snapchat, or Amazon Ads\nEmail marketing platforms such as KlaviyoWho You Are\n\nProactive and solutions-focused\nCommercially minded and performance-driven\nComfortable owning accounts and making decisions\nConfident presenting to clients\nMotivated to improve and scale performance\nCollaborative, positive, and high standardsWhat's On Offer\n\n£40,000 - £45,000 salary depending on experience\nHybrid working (3 days per week in London Bridge or Birmingham)\nBupa healthcare\nPension\nGenerous annual leave\nRegular team socials and events\nA supportive, high-performing team environmentApply\n\nIf you're looking for a role where you can take real ownership, focus on performance, and make a measurable impact - I'd love to speak with you.\n\nApply now or reach out directly for more details
