PayAgency is a global Payment Service Provider (PSP) specializing in high-risk industries such as iGaming, Forex, Crypto, Adult, Travel, and high-risk E-commerce. We connect merchants with the right acquiring banks, PSPs, and payment partners to ensure secure, compliant, and scalable payment processing worldwide. Our solutions include: • Card acquiring (Visa/Mastercard), • Crypto on/off ramps, • Alternative Payment Methods (APMs), • Cross-border settlements & IBANs Role Overview As a Sales Manager at PayAgency, you will be responsible for: • Identifying, targeting, and acquiring new merchants and payment partners in high-risk and emerging verticals., • Building and nurturing long-term relationships with clients, understanding their payment needs, and positioning PayAgency as their strategic payment partner., • Proactively prospect, pitch, and close new business opportunities with:, • High-risk merchants (Gaming, Forex, Crypto, Adult, etc.), • PSPs, acquirers, and fintech partners, • Manage the full sales cycle:, • Lead generation, • Discovery & needs analysis, • Solution presentation, • Commercial negotiation, • Contract closing, • Develop and maintain a strong, qualified sales pipeline aligned with company targets., • Collaborate with the risk, compliance, and onboarding teams to ensure:, • Merchants are pre-qualified, • Expectations are aligned on approvals, risk, and volumes, • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue and volume targets., • Represent PayAgency at industry conferences, networking events, and virtual meetings., • Provide feedback from the market to help shape product strategy, pricing, and positioning., • 3–7 years of experience in sales / business development in one or more of:, • Payments / PSP / Acquiring, • Fintech / FX / Crypto, • iGaming / Gambling / High-risk industries, • Proven track record of closing deals and achieving revenue or volume targets., • Strong understanding of online payments, card acquiring, MIDs, chargebacks, and basic compliance concepts (KYC/KYB, AML)., • Excellent communication and negotiation skills (English required; additional languages a plus)., • Ability to build trust quickly with C-level stakeholders, founders, and decision-makers., • Existing network in iGaming, Forex, Crypto, or high-risk e-commerce., • Experience selling white-label platforms or B2B SaaS., • Familiarity with international payment flows, cross-border processing, and alternative payment methods.Personal Attributes, • Highly driven, self-motivated, and target-oriented., • Relationship-focused, with a genuine interest in helping clients grow., • Comfortable managing complex situations and expectations in high-risk verticals., • Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently as well as in a team., • Professional, ethical, and resilient.What We Offer, • Competitive base salary + performance-based commission., • Opportunity to work directly with the founder and leadership team., • Exposure to global markets and tier-1 merchants and partners., • Flexible, remote-friendly working culture.
