Client development • Assist partners, associates and BD colleagues in the management of strategic client relationships and coordinate client targeting efforts., • Work on the development of client plans, contact maps and meeting records, ensuring that Dynamics is populated with high data quality., • Capture client feedback and post-matter insights; log themes and flag opportunities to the senior BD manager., • Assemble client and decision-maker profiles using approved research tools to support cross-selling., • Track coverage, contacts and actions for priority client accounts. AI and technology • Use approved marketing function AI tools, including the function’s agents for designated tasks, in line with the firm’s AI usage policy., • Complete the marketing function’s mandatory AI capability program and develop applied AI skills relevant to the role, and demonstrate progression in applied AI skills through tangible contribution to personal and team output. Collaboration, integration and change • Promote consistent use of firm systems and templates; maintain file hygiene and naming/version standards., • Actively participate in change initiatives; share ideas and help embed new ways of working., • Escalate blockers and propose practical fixes, while adhering to agreed service levels and briefing templates with central teams. About the Role We're seeking an experienced PLC Control Systems Engineer (5–10 years) to design, program, test, and commission industrial control systems across power solutions projects. Including diesel generator controls, switchgear/ATS/AMF panels, load sharing/synchronisation, and associated HMI/SCADA interfaces. The postholder will be part of the Senior Psychiatrist out of hours on-call rota. The community CAMHS Consultants participate in an on-call rota with a current frequency of 1:7, with a 2% of basic salary, Category B on-call supplement. This rota mainly provides telephone advice to the crisis teams, which is the first port of call for children in crises out of hours, covering Southend, Essex and Thurrock. The on-call shifts are from 17:00 - 09:00 Monday to Friday, and all day on weekends and bank holidays. The on call does not include support to psychiatric inpatient units or Section 136 suites, as this is provided by a different organisation in Essex (EPUT). The successful candidate will work as part of multidisciplinary teams providing care to children and young people with mental health needs, across Basildon and Brentwood Essex. The service is provided by one team with one management structure, but due to the size of the area covered it is spread across two main bases.
