🚨WE ARE HIRING🚨 Job Title: Campaign and Talent Executive Hours: Full time (09:30-17:30 Monday-Friday with an early finish on Friday) Salary: £26K - £30K per year DOE + up to 10% bonus twice a year Location: North London (office-based role) Reports to: Brand and Talent Manager About Connect Management Connect Management is a talent management agency representing digital creators and influencers. THE ROLE As Campaign & Talent Executive, you’ll join Connect Management’s Talent division, playing a key support role across campaign delivery and talent management. This position is focused on enabling Brand Managers to prioritise sales by taking ownership of the operational and coordination aspects of campaigns and talent. You’ll ensure everything runs efficiently behind the scenes, from managing timelines and deliverables to supporting talent throughout campaigns. Working closely with Brand Managers, you’ll be instrumental in maintaining high standards across campaign execution and talent experience, acting as the backbone of day-to-day delivery. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Campaign Delivery & Coordination • Support the end-to-end execution of campaigns, ensuring smooth delivery once deals are closed, • Manage timelines, deliverables, and approvals across talent and internal teams, • Ensure all campaign requirements are clearly communicated and met on time, • Monitor campaign progress and flag any risks or delays early, • Maintain high standards of delivery across all campaigns Talent Coordination & Support • Act as a key day-to-day contact for talent on active campaigns, • Ensure talent are clear on briefs, deadlines, and expectations, • Support talent throughout campaign delivery, resolving queries and challenges, • Assist with scheduling, logistics, and campaign-related activity (including events), • Help maintain strong, professional relationships with talent, • Attend Events and meetings with your managed roster Operational Excellence • Own and manage campaign trackers, documents, and internal systems, • Ensure all deliverables are accounted for, reviewed, and completed, • Support contract processes and general campaign administration, • Keep internal teams aligned with clear and consistent communication, • Identify ways to improve processes and efficiency Team Support • Work closely with Brand and Talent Managers to support campaign execution post-sale, • Take on operational responsibilities to free up Brand and Talent Managers’ time for sales focus, • Contribute to a highly organised, collaborative team environment Wider Responsibilities • Support the execution of events, workshops, and activations, • Contribute to the agency’s overall output and team initiatives, • Bring proactive ideas to improve campaign delivery and talent experience NICE TO HAVES • 1-2 years’ experience in influencer marketing, campaigns, or talent management, • Highly organised with strong attention to detail, • Strong communicator, confident working with talent and internal teams, • Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, • Solutions-focused with a proactive mindset, • Interest in social media, creators, and digital culture What We Offer • Opportunity to work with established and emerging digital talent., • A fast-paced, collaborative agency environment., • Competitive salary (dependent on experience)., • Opportunity for progression within a growing agency What you can expect You'll be working at our young, vibrant, and energetic office, where there's always a great atmosphere and a social vibe.
