Senior Key Account Manager Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Key Account Manager to lead and develop a Key Account Management team while managing a portfolio of strategic B2B clients. This role is responsible for driving client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth, while delivering against annual sales targets and supporting wider business objectives. Key Responsibilities • Lead, coach, and manage a team of Key Account Managers to achieve and exceed sales targets, • Own strategic relationships with key B2B clients, acting as the main point of contact, • Develop and execute account plans to drive growth and identify up sell opportunities, • Deliver against annual sales budgets and contribute to overall business profitability, • Monitor pipeline activity, CRM accuracy, and forecast performance, • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience, • Proven experience managing sales or account management teams
