Our client is seeking a qualified Residential Conveyancer to join their expanding and dynamic team. We are looking for a self-motivated and passionate professional who is committed to delivering high-quality legal services while continuing to develop their expertise and build strong client relationships. In this role, you will play a key part in contributing to the success of both the team and the wider business. The ideal candidate will be a qualified conveyancer with proven experience in residential conveyancing, excellent communication skills, a professional and client-focused approach, and a consistent track record of delivering results. You will work closely within a supportive team environment, reporting directly to the directors, and will have the opportunity to further enhance your career, grow professionally, and make a meaningful impact within the firm. Whats in it for you? • Hybrid Working Pattern, • Nine-day fortnight flexible working scheme, • 24 days annual leave + Bank holidays, • Additional day off on your birthday, • Pension scheme, • On-site parking, • Free monthly Breakfasts & Lunches, • Discounted gym memberships, • Manage residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, leasehold matters and new build properties, • Provide advice on taxes, reliefs, exemptions and handle unregistered property matters, • Ensure all work complies with legal requirements and industry best practices, keeping up to date with changes in residential property law, • Minimum xrnqpay of 3 years experience running a complex caseload of residential conveyancing matters, • Council for Licensed Conveyancers Level 4 and level 6 diploma., • Knowledge of residential conveyancing across the full range of sale, purchase and remortgage matters, • Leasehold and lease extension work, • Transfers of Equity, • SDLT requirements, including relevant reliefs and exemptions, in residential conveyancing matters, • The impact of restrictions and cautions lodged against a property and how these might be removed, • Strong team management skills with the ability to develop, coach and mentor junior team members, • Proven track record of winning new business and developing strong relationships with Estate Agents & Brokers
