The Opportunity We are looking for a Dynamics 365 CE Technical Consultant to join our growing consulting team. You'll play a key role in extending and customizing D365 CE and Power Platform to address complex, real-world business requirements for our clients. This role is ideal for a technically skilled, self-managing consultant who thrives in a collaborative environment and wants to work across high-impact projects with clients in varied industries. Key Responsibilities • Design and develop custom extensions for Dynamics 365 CE across modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Marketing (Customer Journeys), and Field Service, • Build and deliver C# plugins, JavaScript customizations, and PCF controls, • Validate solutions and provide technical guidance across the full SDLC, • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and fellow developers, • Apply strong ALM practices to ensure safe, scalable delivery in enterprise environments, • Manage your own backlog and tasks to deliver high-quality code aligned with project timelines, • Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform customizations, • Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and PCF control development, • Understanding of model-driven app architecture and ALM processes, • Familiarity with Power Automate and low-code/no-code plugins, • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders, • Certification in PL-300 or other advanced Microsoft developer certifications, • Experience working with Azure DevOps and Agile methodologies, • Performance-based bonus scheme, • Private medical insurance & life assurance, • Enhanced pension scheme, • Generous family leave & enhanced sick pay, • Volunteering leave & loyalty awards, • Teammate recognition schemes, • 24/7 access to Employee Assistance Programmed & Bright Exchange perks, • Passion - for our craft, our clients, and our people, • Performance - in delivering tangible, measurable results Please note: Candidates must have the right to work in the UK, and employment is subject to a basic DBS check.
