Senior Salesforce Administrator Manchester (2 days per week onsite) Up to £60,000 + 10% bonus + benefits The Role We’re looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator to take ownership of a Salesforce instance and help drive smarter, data-led decision-making across Sales and Marketing. This is a hands-on, business-facing role where you’ll work closely with stakeholders to improve processes, optimise the platform, and deliver scalable solutions across Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud. You’ll be the go-to person for Salesforce internally — managing configuration, enhancements, integrations, and user support — while continuously identifying ways to improve automation, reporting, and campaign effectiveness. Key Responsibilities • Own day-to-day administration of Salesforce (Sales Cloud & Marketing Cloud), • Configure and maintain users, roles, profiles, permissions, flows, and automations, • Gather requirements from Sales and Marketing teams and translate into scalable solutions, • Build and optimise reports, dashboards, and performance insights, • Support campaign management, customer journeys, and marketing automation, • Manage data integrity, imports, cleansing, and governance best practices, • Improve and automate business processes using Flow and declarative tools, • Support integrations with third-party systems and tools, • Provide user training, documentation, and ongoing support, • Work with external partners/vendors where needed on enhancements and projects, • Contribute to the Salesforce roadmap and continuous improvement initiatives Skills & Experience • 3+ years’ Salesforce Administration experience, • Hands-on experience with Sales & Marketing Cloud, • Strong configuration skills (Flows, validation rules, automation, reports, dashboards), • Experience gathering requirements and working directly with business stakeholders, • Data management and reporting expertise, • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills About You • Proactive and solutions-focused, • Comfortable working directly with non-technical stakeholders, • Strong communicator who can translate technical concepts clearly, • Detail-oriented with a passion for improving processes, • Enjoys owning a platform rather than just responding to tickets What’s in it for you? • Up to £60,000 salary, • 10% annual bonus, • Hybrid working (2 days per week in Manchester office), • High ownership and visibility across the business, • Opportunity to shape and influence the Salesforce roadmap, • Supportive, collaborative environment with real autonomy
