We are currently looking for a Project Manager in the Newcastle Upon Tyne area to join our team on a full-time, long-term basis, working closely with our installation teams and customers to deliver high-quality bathroom projects. Youll play a key role in ensuring a smooth customer journey from initial survey through to final installation, working in a business that values customer care, technical excellence, and strong team collaboration. As a Project Manager, you will be: • Managing the full customer journey from survey through to installation completion, • Carrying out detailed technical surveys and producing accurate specifications, • Overseeing bathroom installation projects and resolving on-site challenges, • Working closely with installers to ensure high-quality delivery and customer satisfaction, • Managing customer relationships, including vulnerable and elderly clients with care and professionalism, • Handling reactive works, warranty issues, and escalations, • Collaborating with Sales, Operations, and internal teams to maintain service standards, • Monitoring KPIs such as installation timelines, costs, and customer feedback, • Supporting and developing an effective, skilled installer networkId love to speak to anyone who has:, • Previous experience in project management within construction or installations, • Strong technical knowledge of bathroom fitting or similar trades, • Experience carrying out surveys and producing detailed plans (CAD knowledge desirable), • Excellent communication and customer service skills, • The ability to manage multiple projects and work proactively, • A strong understanding of health & safety and customer-focused regulations, • Experience working with CRM systems or field-based softwareThis Project Manager role is offering the following benefits:, • £40,000 £50,000 per annum, • £4,800 per xrnqpay year car allowance, • Monday Friday, 40 hours per week, • Pension: Standard auto enrolment, • 25 days plus bank holidays, increasing by 1 day per year after 2 years of service (up to 30 days), • Birthday leave: Paid day off on your birthday (in addition to annual leave), • Full-time, permanent position, • Company support and ongoing development, • Opportunity to work with a growing and reputable business
