    Hair Stylist / Hairdresser We are looking for a talented, professional and client-focused Hair Stylist / Hairdresser to join the team! We are an established hair, beauty and nail salon offering a welcoming and professional environment for our clients. As the salon moves into an exciting new chapter, we are looking for enthusiastic hair professionals who take pride in their work and want to build strong, long-term relationships with clients. We are looking to recruit two/three Hair Stylists / Hairdressers and are particularly interested in candidates who are confident across a broad range of salon hair services. About the role As a Hair Stylist / Hairdresser, you will be responsible for providing high-quality hair services while delivering an excellent customer experience. Your responsibilities will include: • Consulting with clients to understand their requirements and recommend suitable styles and treatments, • Cutting, styling and finishing hair to a high professional standard, • Hair colouring, including consultation, application and finishing, • Blow-drying, straightening, curling and other styling services, • Providing professional advice on hair care and suitable products, • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and salon presentation, • Ensuring clients receive a friendly, professional and personalised experience, • Maintaining accurate client and appointment information, • Working professionally as part of the salon team, • Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the hair department, • Following salon health, safety and hygiene procedures What we're looking for We are looking for someone who is: • Experienced as a Hair Stylist, Hairdresser or Senior Hair Stylist, • Confident carrying out a range of professional hair services, • Passionate about hair and delivering excellent results, • Friendly, approachable and professional with clients, • Reliable, punctual and well organised, • Able to work independently while also being a positive team member, • Comfortable recommending suitable hair care and styling products, • Committed to maintaining high standards of hygiene and presentation, • Keen to build and retain their own client base Experience Previous professional salon experience is preferred. Candidates with strong practical hairdressing skills and the right attitude are encouraged to apply. Every year, CAAS supports hundreds of ADHD and autistic children, young people, adults and their families through information, advice, support services, training and community programmes. As demand for our services continues to grow, we are seeking a talented fundraiser who can help us build strong supporter relationships, develop new income streams, and ensure our vital work reaches even more people. About the Role Working closely with the Fundraising & Communications Manager and CEO, you will play a key role in developing and delivering fundraising activities that generate sustainable income and increase awareness of CAAS. This varied and rewarding role will include: • Developing and delivering community fundraising initiatives and events, • Recruiting and supporting individual and community fundraisers, • Building relationships with donors, schools, community groups and corporate partners, • Researching and developing new fundraising opportunities, • Supporting trust and grant applications, • Helping to grow digital and social media fundraising campaigns, • Maintaining fundraising records and supporter data using our CRM, • Representing CAAS at events, presentations and community engagements You will also act as an ambassador for the charity, delivering excellent supporter care and helping donors understand the impact of their contributions. About You We're looking for someone who brings enthusiasm, initiative and a proven ability to generate income through fundraising activities. You will have: Essential • Experience in a fundraising role, ideally within the charity or not-for-profit sector, • A successful track record in community fundraising, events, individual giving or related income generation, • Experience building relationships with donors, supporters, community groups or corporate partners, • Strong communication and presentation skills, • Excellent written skills, including experience preparing funding applications or fundraising materials, • Experience using a CRM or database to manage supporter information, • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities, • A positive, professional and collaborative approach Desirable • Experience supporting fundraising volunteers or volunteer groups, • Corporate fundraising experience, • Experience contributing to larger trust and foundation applications, • Knowledge of digital fundraising and social media campaigns, • A fundraising qualification or equivalent experience, • Full UK driving licence You do not need previous experience of working with ADHD or autistic people. We are offering an exciting Unity 3D Game Developer Volunteer Work Experience Programme for aspiring developers who want to develop their technical skills, gain practical experience and build a stronger portfolio. This opportunity is particularly suited to students, graduates, self-taught developers and people at the beginning of their careers who may have learned Unity or C# but need practical experience to take the next step. The Opportunity You will receive guidance and training while gaining practical experience with Unity 3D and C#. As part of the programme, you will have the opportunity to work on prototype educational games and interactive experiences designed with children and young people in mind. The programme combines technical development with employability support, giving you the opportunity to strengthen your Unity skills, portfolio, CV and understanding of working within the UK education technology sector.
