🚀 We're Hiring: Key Account Manager (12-Month Contract) – Castleford, UK Location: Castleford, UK (Field-based with occasional office visits) Duration: 12 Months Are you a strategic sales leader with a proven track record in FMCG or OTC sectors? We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to lead national accounts, drive revenue growth, and manage a high-performing team. This role is field-based, with occasional visits to our Ridings Point office in Castleford for sales and marketing meetings. What You’ll Do: • Lead and manage relationships with national grocery, high street, and discount customers., • Oversee Joint Business Plans (JBPs), Cost Price Increases (CPIs), and commercial contracts., • Deliver annual sales targets, accurate forecasts, and contribute to P&L performance., • Negotiate trade terms and pricing strategies with key retail partners., • Manage, coach, and develop a team of Key Account Managers., • Collaborate with marketing, trade marketing, customer solutions, and OTC leadership., • Senior-level experience in national account management within FMCG or OTC., • Strong negotiation and commercial skills with a record of delivering results., • Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and manage teams., • Analytical mindset with experience using insights to inform strategy., • Proven ability to manage UK retailer accounts and execute JBPs., • Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
