About the Opportunity I’m working with a fantastic independent digital agency based in Leeds, well-known for its brilliant culture, impressive client results, and ambitious plans for growth. They’re investing heavily in their Paid Social division, with plans to double the team’s headcount over the next 12 months — and they’re now looking for a talented Paid Social Manager to join the team and help shape that next stage of growth. If you’re confident running Meta campaigns and ready to step up into more responsibility, this role offers a perfect blend of hands-on delivery, client strategy, and team collaboration — all within an agency that truly values its people. The Role As Paid Social Manager, you’ll take the lead on planning, managing, and optimising paid social campaigns — with a particular focus on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, and Audience Network). You’ll have the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, contribute to strategy, and help mentor junior members of the team as the department continues to grow. What You’ll Be Doing • End-to-end management of Paid Social campaigns across Meta (and other platforms such as TikTok, LinkedIn, and Pinterest)., • Creating, testing, and optimising campaigns to drive measurable results for clients., • Producing insightful reports and communicating performance and recommendations., • Working closely with Creative, Data, and Paid Media teams to deliver integrated campaigns., • Supporting with client communication, strategy development, and new business opportunities., • Keeping up to date with the latest Paid Social trends and Meta platform developments. What We’re Looking For • 3–5 years’ Paid Social experience, ideally agency-side., • Strong hands-on experience within Meta Ads Manager., • Working knowledge of other paid social channels (TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.)., • Confident with campaign analysis, performance optimisation, and client reporting., • Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple accounts at once., • Eager to grow your career in a fast-scaling, forward-thinking agency.
