Whats in it for you? * £47,000-£49,000 salary * Monday-Friday working * Permanent days * A stable engineering role with real responsibility * A chance to make a visible impact on plant performance and reliability * A role where your electrical skills are genuinely valued The Role Youll be involved in: * Electrical fault-finding and maintenance * Planned preventative maintenance * Reactive breakdown support * Improving plant reliability and reducing downtime * Supporting maintenance planning across site * Working safely within permit to work systems * Maintaining pressure systems in line with requirements * Supporting maintenance stores, parts and stock control * Working closely with engineering and operations teams * Making sure work is completed safely and to a high standard What Theyre Looking For This role is for an engineer who is electrically biased first, but happy working in a multi-skilled maintenance environment. Essential: * Strong electrical bias * 17th or 18th Edition * Experience in maintenance within manufacturing, production, FMCG or industrial environments * Good electrical fault-finding skills * Experience with PPMs and breakdown maintenance * A practical, proactive approach * Able to work well as part of a team Desirable: * BTEC Level 4 in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent * Experience in FMCG, feed mill or similar production environments * Boiler experience * IOSH * Good Microsoft skills * Mechanical understanding in a maintenance setting Why this role stands out This is a solid opportunity for an engineer who wants a days-based role without giving up technical challenge.
