Our client is a proudly independent, long-established gifting business with a reputation for iconic humour and standout design. Their products are instantly recognisable, much-loved, and stocked by some of the best retailers in the UK and internationally. They’re now looking for a National Account Manager to play a key role in their next phase of growth. This is a high-impact position where you’ll nurture existing relationships, open new doors, and help ensure the brand continues to thrive in an evolving gifting market. You’ll work closely with retailers, sales agents, and internal team, acting as a true brand ambassador while identifying smart commercial opportunities and helping shape long-term strategy. What you’ll be doing: • Managing a varied portfolio of accounts, delivering excellent service, clear communication, and a genuinely positive customer experience., • Identifying where the brand should be seen next, building new retail relationships, and developing fresh sales channels across the gifting landscape., • Working collaboratively with sales agents and internal teams to ensure collections land with the right partners and audiences., • Deeply understanding the ranges, what makes them special, and how they sit within the wider gifting market - feeding back insights to help keep the offer relevant and exciting., • Providing clear forecasts, account updates, and market intelligence to support informed decision-making and sustainable growth., • Owning commercial discussions with confidence, balancing profitability with long-term partnerships., • Keeping a close eye on trends, competitor activity, and new opportunities within gifting, and sharing insights that keep the brand one step ahead. You’ll bring: • Proven Account Management and business development experience within gifting or a closely related B2B sector, • A strong track record of managing key accounts and hitting sales targets, • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a natural ability to build lasting relationships, • Experience representing brands at trade shows, • A good eye for design and a genuine interest in trends, • Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities, • And finally… a great sense of humour.
