What will I be doing? • Ensuring the kitchen service is running smoothly., • Leading shifts and taking ownership in the absence of the Head Chef., • Adhering to the highest standards, including cleanliness and organising deep cleans., • Training the team alongside the Head Chef., • Completing all prep as required and taking responsibility for your workstation., • Work collaboratively in a team alongside the wider team.
