Youll be sourcing and placing talent into critical roles like Audit Semi-Seniors, Audit Seniors, Accounts Assistants, Accounts Seniors, Tax Associates and Practice Managers. Along the way, youll advise clients and candidates on market trends, salary benchmarks, and career progression. With demand for both part-qualified and qualified accountants (AAT, ACA, ACCA) at an all-time high, this is a fast-paced, competitive sector where your ability to build relationships and deliver results makes a real difference.
