This role is crucial in upholding our reputation for world-class service and ensuring an exceptional experience for every guest. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee all daily operations of the restaurant, shisha lounge, and live music venue., • Lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations., • Ensure the highest standards of food quality, service, and customer satisfaction., • Manage inventory, stock control, and ordering to maintain optimal efficiency and profitability., • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and guest experience., • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly., • Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant environment, adhering to all health, safety, and licensing regulations., • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events and special offers., • Have a Team Leader spirit, experienced in creating rotas., • Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and identify opportunities for revenue growth.
