Sage Partners is hiring an Entry Level Operations Manager for our Coventry operation, with structured onboarding and initial training delivered from our Birmingham office. This role is ideal for career starters, graduates, or individuals looking to transition into operations and leadership with full support. The Role As an Entry Level Operations Manager, you’ll begin your journey with structured training in Birmingham, working closely with experienced leaders to learn our systems, processes, and standards. Once trained, you’ll support operational activity within the Coventry team, helping coordinate sales activity, monitor performance, and support team development. This role provides early responsibility and a clear pathway into management. No previous management experience is required. Full training is provided. What You’ll Be Learning & Supporting During training and early development, you’ll gain hands-on exposure to: • Supporting daily operations across sales and campaign activity, • Assisting with the coordination of customer-facing campaigns, • Learning how KPIs are tracked, reviewed, and improved, • Supporting scheduling, planning, and team organisation, • Working alongside senior leaders to understand operational decisions, • Gaining experience in coaching, feedback, and people development, • Supporting reporting, compliance, and operational standards Development & Progression • Managing sections of campaigns and daily targets, • Supporting sales team performance and motivation, • Monitoring KPIs and contributing to performance reviews, • Taking ownership of operational standards and results Progression is performance-based and aligned with readiness for leadership.
