What we are looking for: • Minimum four years’ experience in a merchandising, trading, or stock-focused role, • Strong analytical and commercial thinking with confidence using data to make decisions, • A proactive, hands-on approach with a focus on product availability and trading performance, • Track record of delivering best practice in stock management, • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across buying, marketing, and eCommerce teams, • Knowledge of eCommerce merchandising and would be advantageous although traditional retail experience is great also.
