Introduce new and exciting dishes while maintaining the authenticity of traditional Indian cuisine. Oversee the kitchen to ensure consistent and high-quality food preparation. Work closely with kitchen staff to train and motivate the team, fostering a positive and efficient work environment. Adhere to strict hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen, following all relevant health and safety regulations.
