You’ve led multiple technology functions across software engineering, platform and infrastructure, security, architecture, and programme delivery. You bring a strong technical foundation from software engineering, cloud, infrastructure, architecture, security, or a combination thereof. You've operated in high‑uptime, customer‑critical environments where reliability, resilience, security, and customer impact are central. You can articulate what was broken, the decisions you made, how you balanced risk and pace, and the measurable outcomes delivered. You are commercially aware, experienced in managing technology budgets, cost optimisation, vendors, and strategic partners, and comfortable working with Finance and CFO‑level stakeholders. As a leader, you build trust quickly with technical and non‑technical stakeholders, lead technology teams directly, and create effective cross‑collaboration across technology functions. We are looking for a Group‑level Chief Technology Officer to define, lead, and deliver the technology strategy across The Investigo Group. The role is a senior executive position accountable for the direction, execution, performance, and outcomes of the Group’s technology estate, spanning software engineering, AI and data‑driven products, platform and infrastructure, security, architecture and programme delivery. The CTO will stabilise, de‑risk, and mature a complex, customer‑critical environment while shaping a modern, scalable operating model that supports future growth. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will work closely with the Board, Executive Team, and CFO to translate business strategy into clear technology roadmaps, make sound investment decisions, manage budgets and commercial trade‑offs, and ensure technology initiatives deliver measurable business value. We expect you to bring clarity to priorities, strengthen governance and risk management, improve cross‑functional delivery, and build strong senior leadership capability across technology. The role is suited to a CTO, Group Technology Director, VP Engineering, Head of Technology, or equivalent senior leader who has broad ownership across technology. • Significant senior leadership
